"Unfortunately, our experience with this office has been extremely disappointing.

We have been State Farm customers for more than 17 years and had never experienced any significant issues until our longtime agent retired and our policies were transferred to this office. Since that transition, the level of communication and organization has been far below what we had come to expect from State Farm.

Among the issues we have experienced:

- Policy changes occurring with little to no communication from the office outside of written notices.
- Claims belonging to my father, who is 30 years older than me, being incorrectly associated with my record. I then had to spend my own time getting the issue corrected.
- Being asked to obtain a driving record from the DMV, costing me additional time and money, only to later learn that the agent did not appear to know why it had been requested in the first place.
- Being told that the agent would personally prepare an appeal letter regarding the claims issue, only to later find out that he apparently had no knowledge of the issue or the appeal.

Mistakes can happen, and I understand that insurance offices manage a large number of customers and policies. However, when multiple administrative errors are combined with poor communication and a lack of follow-through, it becomes very difficult to maintain confidence in the office handling your coverage.

After more than 17 years with State Farm, this is not the type of experience we expected. Based on what we have encountered since being transferred to this office, I unfortunately cannot recommend them."
